Building on the huge success of the inaugural Northern Eye in 2017, the festival returns in October 2019 to bring a new set of outstanding photographers, speakers and exhibitions to the North Wales coastal town of Colwyn Bay.

This honouring of photography is centred around a core speakers weekend, which takes place in Theatr Colwyn on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th October.

A two week fringe festival will run either side of the weekend’s heart. The fringe pops-up across the town will host a diverse range of free exhibitions, workshops and events for all.
