An on line members’ evening via Zoom.

Marie is hosting an evening of presentations by various members.

This meeting is about the thousands of photographic images that have surrounded us for over 100 years. We see them daily in all forms of media; in books, newspapers, magazines, billboards, computers, televisions and mobile phones. Photographic images even have their own special galleries that explore current photographers and historical works.

We would like you to choose a photograph from anywhere that has touched you in some way. It may have influenced the way you have produced some of your work or your thinking about a particular project. It would great if you could say a few words about the work, where you saw it, why you liked it and how it made you feel. It would also be great if you could say a few words about the image. If you do not fancy speaking you can write me some notes and I will chat on your behalf. I am looking forward to sharing your inspirational works.
