DESCRIPTION:For the 2026/27 season the Open competitions (3 and 5) will be BOTH PDI AND PRINT. The THEMED competitions (1\,2 and 4) will be PDI ONLY. \n\n\n\nAs for last season\, the number of entries per competition for PDI ONLY competitions will will be 4 in total.For the Open competitions you can enter up to 3 PDIs or up to 4 PRINTS or any combination.NOTE that there are separate entry forms this year for the PDIs and PRINTs\,   \n\n\n\nPleas add your entries in order of preference\, if we receive too many entries we may not show your last entered images. \n\n\n\nPlease size your entries to fit within 1600 pixels wide x 1200 pixels high. This means that a portrait image would be 1200 pixels high (the widthwill vary)\, a landscape image will be 1600 pixels wide (the height will vary but must not exceed 1200 pixels) and a square image will be 1200pixels x 1200 pixels. Please do not rotate your image to fit. There is some guidance on image preparation here. \n\n\n\nFull competition rules can be found here. \n\n\n\nNOTE: If you get an error message when submitting your images it is probably caused by either \n\n\n\nA slow internet connection so that the process times out before completing \n\n\n\nThe total size of your images is greater than the limit of 8Mb \n\n\n\nTo get around this upload fewer images at a time. Select and upload 1or2 images\, submit these and see if that works. If so click the Edit buttonand you can upload more images. If this doesn’t fix things email webmaster@frodsham. photos.

SUMMARY:Wepre Park - Joint Photowalk
DESCRIPTION:We’re having a pre-season photowalk along with our colleagues at the Coedpoeth & Minerva Camera Club. Please come along and get the new season off to an early start. This will be on FRIDAY 4th September\, be at the visitor centre for 10:30. There is a café there\, useful if you are early. Bring your camera and optionally a tripod if you have one. \n\n\n\nThe venue is Wepre Park\, just over the border in Flintshire. Wepre Park is 65 hectares (160 acres) of green space\, nestled in the heart of Connah’s Quay. It is a unique setting with its various habitats and geology. Features include; Old Hall Gardens\, Brook and Waterfall\, acres of beautiful woodland walks and Ewloe Castle all for the public to explore and photograph.
