In order for our competition system to work smoothly we ask you to make sure that your file names are always consistent with a basic format.
If not we have to manually edit them and this takes time and is a potential source of mistakes.
Please make sure that you name your competition (and member’s evening upload) entry files as follows:

Use the Title as the filename replacing any spaces with the underscore (_) character and use the suffix as jpg (not jpeg)

Match the title exactly and use the same capitalisation as you would like it to  be displayed.

Please only use the letters A-Z, a-z and the numbers 0-9. No punctuations marks, accents etc.

Example:

Title            The Old Boathouse
Filename   The_Old_Boathouse.jpg
