This competition is about Diptychs, Triptychs and Polyptychs or, for simplicity, ‘Tychs.
A polyptych includes more than three images.
You will combine the components of your ‘tych into a single image for each competition entry.
This is a themed competition concerning “Architecture”.
The judge for the evening will be Ian Stewart who will be judging the event online via zoom.
Our 4th competition this season is “open”, so anything goes.
It will be judged “in person” by Terry Hewitt.
Our 5th competition of the season is themed “Complementary Colours”. It will be judged by Diana Magor APSA, EFIAP/b, MPSA, CPAGB, LRPS, BPE3*.
Complementary colours are pairs of colours that contrast with each other more than any other colour, and when placed side-by-side make each other look brighter.
Tonight is the last competition of the season, our “Annual Open” judged by Robert Millin MFIAP, FBPE, EFIAP/d2, MPSA, SPSA.
This is a standalone competition with it’s own trophy, it does not contribute towards the “photographer of the year” award.
