About Us

Frodsham is a market town of some 15,000 residents. Nestling in the heart of Cheshire it has a long and interesting history, and has expanded rapidly in recent times.

The Photographic Society has around 30 members who meet face to face on Monday evenings Usually the 3rd Monday of the month (but see the events calendar for details of our programme). (19:30 to 22:00)  starting in September and continuing through to April. Over the summer period we maintain a series of visits and meets.

Membership is open to all who are interested in photography in all it’s forms; whether beginner or more advanced, young or more mature.

We hold physical meetings at Frodsham Community Centre, Fluin Lane, WA6 7QN interspersed with Zoom meetings.

We are governed by internal rules (click here to view the Rules) and are affiliated to the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain and the Lancashire & Cheshire Photographic Union, which provide an excellent source of lecturers and judges for competitions.

If you would like to join us you will be most welcome, just turn up to a meeting and introduce yourself, your first meeting is free. If you decide to join just fill in this form and bring it with you.
