Viveca Koh FRPS will be giving two talks:

Viveca is a widely respected fine art photographer based in the South of England and this is a rare chance to hear her speak here in the North-West about her work.

‘Urban Exploration to Fine Art: A Photographic Journey’ in the morning.
‘From iPhonegraphy to Fellowship: My continuing Journey’ after lunch.
She is a self taught Fine Art photographer, with a special fascination for small details, for lost, abandoned, poignant and generally broken objects, and also for darkness contrasting with light, both in a physical and  emotional sense.
In June 2014 she was awarded a Fellowship distinction.
More of Viveca’s work can be found at https://vivecakohphotography.photoshelter.com/ and http://www.vivecakohphotography.co.uk/

There will be the usual ‘Bring a print’ competition.
Entries can be mounted or unmounted, any size or subject.
Just bring one print with the title and your name on the back and hand it in on the day. A trophy will be awarded to the winning entrant as judged by our guest speaker.

Full details of the meeting are here.

You can book on line via the RPS website.
