In the light of the fast moving and uncertain situation regarding Coronavirus, your Committee are taking the precaution of holding an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Monday evening (16th March) after the LichtVast presentation in order to bring forward the election of a new committee.

We recognise that this gives no time for discussion but in these exceptional circumstances it may not be possible to hold our AGM.

Electing the new committee will allow the club to react better to events and allow forward planning for next year’s activities to continue. Please monitor the website for further information.

NOTE: The first half of the evening will remain as published, a review of the images from LichtVast Photo Club. After the break we will have the EGM.
