Chobe National Park
First half
Maggie Bullock will talk about the Bird Life of the Chobe National Park, Botswana.
The Chobe National Park in northern Botswana includes the beautiful Chobe River, which is home to over 450 species of birds.
These include waterbirds (Kingfishers, Egrets, Storks), raptors (Fish Eagles, Harriers), and unique specials like the African Skimmer, the Hammerkop and the Jacana.
Second half
Paul Bullock will give An Alternative View of the Chobe Wildlife.
A different take on the wildlife of the Chobe – or what do non-nature photographers do on a nature photography holiday?
These images will show you it’s not always about the fine details and why a 10-stop filter can be your best friend under the African sun.
